Gingerbread Houses

We made gingerbread houses one Saturday after Thanksgiving.  It is interesting that the kids can almost do them all by themselves this year.  Piper did do her's by herself, but Christian needed a little help with the frosting.  The kit we got this year had some fondant in it so we could roll out and made shapes-Brian got a great idea to have Santa go splat on the roof so he did it on one side of Piper's house.  We always have fun with this activity
